No. In fact, we’re one of the few “On Your Lot” builders that is completely “turn key”. We’ll take care of everything from the permits to the final inspection, clean up to the septic system. |

Precedent Homes has a unique “Six Month Price Protection” program which locks in the price of your home and options for six full months! How long will it take? This is one of the most frequently asked questions we receive. Our computerized scheduling system tracks every step of your home’s progress both during and before construction begins. Below is an approximate timetable from the date a Construction Agreement is executed to the time you’re moving into your new Precedent Home. |

Are we responsible for our own financing? Most of our customers obtain a construction/perm loan which handles both the construction and permanent financing. Closing and other loan costs can be added to your Construction Agreement if desired. Our team of experienced Sales Consultants can help you step by step in the financing process. |
